Required skills

  • Solid experience of delivering rapid growth within a global B2B scale-up or outsourcing development;
  • Ability to demonstrate your growth skills from your previous record of scaling customer acquisition, activation and retention;
  • Proven experience of building and leading engaged and high performing teams;
  • Knowledge in setting, executing, and iterating a growth strategy;
  • Exceptional data analysis skills to inform growth strategies, and adept at understanding cultural nuances and opportunities of a global offering;
  • Proven experience tracking analytics and exceeding sales KPIs;
  • Understanding of the brand, market and competitors.
