writer

For 20+ years, I've been building software and the teams that ship it. I still work directly with engineering teams and with clients — which means I'm as comfortable in a technical review as I am in a boardroom. I'm CEO and Co-Founder of Ardas, where we help fintech, healthtech, logistics, and MarTech companies build and scale SaaS products with dedicated engineering teams — reducing development costs without cutting corners on quality. Before Ardas, I co-founded Stripo and Reteno, two SaaS platforms now used by 700,000+ people, including teams at Amazon, Toyota, and Ferrari. That experience shapes how I think about production: a system only counts as done when it holds up at scale, not when the demo looks good. Right now, most of my attention is on AI — not the pilots and demos, but what it actually takes to get AI running reliably in production. It's the part of the job I find genuinely interesting, not just strategically necessary. Outside of work, I train for triathlons — IRONMAN 70.3 finisher — and spend most weekends hiking or camping with my family. The same principle applies to both: show up consistently, and the results compound.
